In 2022, Jude was founded by Jordan and Kelsey Willcox in sunny Lakeland, Florida. From its inception, Jude has been designed to be a third place for community to gather and to embody a spirit of familial celebration by serving beautiful coffees with a heart of intentioned hospitality.
Since then, David & Caleb have inherited this treasure of a coffee company. In the past years, we've been serving Coffee under a similar sensibility with Dumb Coffee, our last venture in hospitality.
About us
Whether you're a roaster, a coffee producer with loads of experience or this is your first time trying to order a drink with a long Italian based name, we're here for you. We'll try our best to have a dialogue that leads to you experiencing the beauty and kindness of others. We may not know all the correct answers, and that's okay, (everybody knows capppucccino is incredibly difficult to spell.)
We believe that both genuine care and others-centered hospitality are a large part of what makes us better humans. We believe that in an age where deep ties are fading and neighbors have grown farther estranged now more than ever our little pocket of Central Florida needs a reason to hang out and get to know each other. In fear of this sounding like a grand manifesto, we'd like to simply introduce Jude this way.
